FoodPanda Orders are automatically cancelled
Issue: FoodPanda orders are automatically cancelled right after the customer has placed the order.
Affected Audience: FoodPanda Integrated Locations
Resolution:
- Resync Menu using Enterprise or Store Admin user
- Log in on Back Office using Enterprise or Store Admin users
- Go to General Settings
- Go to Online Orders
- Go to FoodPanda
- Click Sync Menu button (FoodPanda icon)
- Type the Location ID/s. You can select multiple locations at a time
- Click Sync Menu to start the syncing
- Syncing will take up to 10 minutes. Once successful, Menu Sync Status column will show a "Success" status
