FoodPanda Orders are automatically cancelled

Issue: FoodPanda orders are automatically cancelled right after the customer has placed the order.

Affected Audience: FoodPanda Integrated Locations


Resolution:

  1. Resync Menu using Enterprise or Store Admin user
    1. Log in on Back Office using Enterprise or Store Admin users
    2. Go to General Settings
    3. Go to Online Orders
    4. Go to FoodPanda
    5. Click Sync Menu button (FoodPanda icon)
    6. Type the Location ID/s. You can select multiple locations at a time
    7. Click Sync Menu to start the syncing
    8. Syncing will take up to 10 minutes. Once successful, Menu Sync Status column will show a "Success" status
