Create new Delivery Service Channels - "Passfast" and "Toktok"

Objective Allows the Cashier to Punch Order under Passfast and Toktok Delivery Channels
Pain Point Cashier can't tag orders under Passfast and Toktok and track on POS and Back Office

"Passfast" and "TokTok" are seen under Delivery Service Type on POS and Pricing table on Back Office
How to Set Up (Back Office)
  1. Login on Back Office using Location Admin, Enterprise or Super Admin
  2. Go to Menu Management
  3. Click Item
  4. Add or Edit any Item
  5. Go to Pricing table
    1. Expected: User will see table rows for "Delivery(Passfast)" and "Delivery(Toktok)"
How to Use (POS)
  1. Log in on POS using Store Admin access
  2. Select Delivery service type
    1. Expected: User will see buttons for "Delivery(Passfast)" and "Delivery(Toktok)"
