Regenerate BIR Sales Support Tool - Identify and Fix Ending Balance and Beginning Balance discrepancies on BIR Sales Summary

Objective	Allows the Support Team (using Super Admin user account) to Regenerate Beginning And Ending Balance so that it fixes all misaligned Beginning and Ending Balance in 1 click, from Day 1 up to present
Pain Point	Fixing Beginning and Ending Balance is limited to 3 days at a time and have to detect the start of misalignment

How to Use
Log in on Back Office using any Super Admin user account Go to Support Tool Click Regenerate BIR Sales Select the Account Click "Generate List" Select the Location/s Click "Filter Results" Click "Regenerate and Fix" Expected: It depends on the data size that needs to be fixed but it takes more or less 3 minutes average time The images below show a sample of unfixed BIR Sales Summary, detected Beginning and Ending Balance misalignment and fixed version after using the Regenerate BIR Sales tool:

How to Use

Click Regenerate BIR Sales
Select the Account
Click "Generate List"
Select the Location/s
Click "Filter Results"
Click "Regenerate and Fix"

Expected: It depends on the data size that needs to be fixed but it takes more or less 3 minutes average time

Possible Errors	Solution
There are instances that misalignment won't be fixed using the tool due to double day end.	Raise to Scrum Master (Isabelle) to data fix double day end then Support Team to rerun the Regenerate BIR Sales tool

Future Development	Target Timeline
The investigation on the root cause of misaligned Beginning Balance is still on the roadmap. We need to fix it to avoid this kind of fixing in the first place.
